Yesterday evening I met Amy and Andrew to do their engagements. They are from Hamburg, and they have picked 2 great locations for their wedding in September. I had a blast taking their picture! They picked an awesome location, and I am excited about the images I got. I am really looking forward to their wedding! I hope they don't mind me putting so many on here, I loved all of these!!

Last weekend I had the pleasure of photographying Adrienne and Larry Don's wedding in McGehee, Arkansas. She picked a beautiful blue for her colors, so bright and vibrant. She had the reception location decorated beautifully. It was a lot of fun.

Kristen & Reid's Wedding

Kristen was married last Saturday the 17th in Little Rock. This was such a pleasure to us to get to photograph her wedding. Kristen grew up attending the same church as us, and we have known her and her wonderful family for a long time. Kristen was a server at our wedding, almost 7 yrs ago! We were able to share in her joy and I was close to tears myself as I watched her dad walk her down the isle! Good thing I had the camera in front of my face! I just sat my camera down and watch the wonderful slideshow of the 2 of them....and forgot for a moment that I was "working", but got to just enjoy it! ( still snapped a couple of pics anyways!) Kristen and Reid, we wish you a wonderful life together!

Our weekend...

Clay and I had an awesome time this past weekend! Friday we traveled to Little Rock and had a bridal session with Michelle, one of our August brides at the BEAUTIFUL 1st Pentecostal Church. It was awesome and can't wait to show her pics after her wedding. Then, we met with Sarah Caddy and her mother, and we booked her for a June wedding of 2007.....we are looking forward to working with her! Then, we met Brian and Lindsey at The Old Mill for their engagement pictures.

Clay and I have great parents, and between our 2 moms, they kept our kids so that we could stay the night....since we had Kristen's wedding the next day. It was such a nice and relaxing time for the 2 of us. Kristen's wedding was beautiful, and turned out just perfect. We topped the weekend off with a trip to the Cracker Barrel, one of our favorite places! Even though we worked this weekend, we were able to have fun and enjoy the time together, and it was a great to enjoy that time together....while working!

What can I say, Lindsey and Brian are a cute couple! We look forward to their wedding....coming up soon July 15th. They have picked an awesome location, and I know we will get a ton of great pictures!

Barnett's at the Beach!

This was my first photo shoot on the beach, and it was so much fun! I have always wanted to take pics on the beach, as it is my favorite place to be. It was super duper windy that evening, and although it made hair fly, it also made beautiful waves!

Vacation Time!

We were so excited to get to go to Orange Beach, Alabama for our family vacation. Of course, our kids mainly just wanted to swim in the pool.....who cares about that big beautiful beach??? I was so excited to have my friend Robin there, and she was able to get some pics of our family on the beach. I just love them!

Kari is the sister of one of grooms for November, Andrew. We were so excited to get to see him and Katie again, and to have to opportunity to work with their family again!

I just have to say that they had the best food ever, and were so excited that we got to enjoy it too! I just had to include a picture....makes me hungry everytime I look at it!! Scroll down for more pictures from her wedding.

Kari & Derek

Kari and Derek were married in a little country church on June 3rd, and then had their reception following at Derek's family farm. What a beautiful setting! Everything was so nice. We have never seen two people more in love! Derek couldn't keep his eyes off Kari all day....it was so sweet!
