Kaleb & Acacia
Last week I went back to Monticello and got to take pictures of my friend Becky's kids. Kaleb and Acacia just had a birthday, turning 4 and 1. I had fun just letting them play and photographing them being themselves. They are so cute! Jayden had to get in a couple too! I had fun guys, I can't wait to come photograph as your new brother's and sister's join you!
If you don't know, Becky and her husband are adopting 4 children from Liberia, so Jayden, Kaleb, and Acacia will soon have 2 more sisters, and 2 more brothers. It is such a blessing, and so exciting for their family! You can read more about their adoption process on Becky's blog...

Mandy and Jeremy's wedding
Mandy's Dad waiting for the cermony to begin.
Not sure what they were doing........Do I want to know??
I love the flower girl's expression!
It turns out that Jeremy and his brothers have really good singing voices! Jeremy surprised Mandy with a song during the ceremony.
Mandy and Jeremy
I love this shot of Mandy and her Dad while watching Jeremy and his mom dance.
Jeremy and his mom must have been practicing for this dance, b/c they did a great job!
Mandy's grandparents just realized they were the last ones on the dance floor for being married the longest! Now that is something to be proud of, and look at how happy they are together after so many years!
You will have to check out the pics of Mandy dancing with her grandfather when I get the pics posted online. HE really knew how to dance, and there is a series of him dancing towards her that I just LOVE...I wish I could have posted them all!

I love my Babies.....
Leah the Photographer
This one is just cool to me! Not sure why, but I love how the blurriness gave in a "motion" effect! Well, there is no doubt that Rachel took this pic....of her own feet....hey, at least she is following in my footsteps, and getting pics of feet!
The State Fair
The zebra was my favorite, I just love their stripes!
Not the most flattering shot, but these were the pig races. The best I could do with my mommy camera's delay!
The kids had so much fun on here...While I was hanging on for dear life behind them with one hand, taking this picture with the other. Boy, when you are a kid you don't notice how dizzy those things can make you!!
I was proud of Clay for posing for this pic with this camel. The camel had a really long neck, and kept sticking out his head like he wanted his picture taken!
After we ate at the Catfish Inn, we ventured over to the Arkansas State Fair. This was the first time for us to go, and we were amazed at all the animals there! They also had a petting zoo there, our favorite part! I had my "mommy" camera in my pocket to capture a few pics.
Family Day OUT!
This was the COOLEST tree! I may have to use this location again for a portrait session....IF I can find it again!
The past few weeks have been crazy and busy, and WILD, so we decide to take the day away from unpacking, and work, and took the kids on an outing. They had found some kites I had bought them while we were moving, and they have been begging all week to go fly them. Well, of course, we get out there, and I had to take pics first, and then they weren't too interested in the kite. We had fun anyway. Then, we went and ate at Catfish Inn and BBQ Grill, and it was AWESOME! There are fishtanks everywhere in there, and one even that you have to walk under when you go in. I really wish I had of had my camera then. Anyway, just wanted to take a minute to share our day and a few pics of our family. As I go through these, I can't believe how quickly they are growing up!

New number...
Lauren and Tom's wedding
Love this close-up of her ring.
Clay got these 3 shots of them immediately following the cermony. You can just see the joy and love they have for each other!
