Here they are!

This has taken me the entire day to get these 3 pictures on here. Wheh...any volunteers to come do laundry, clean the kitchen, or feed one of 2 babies?? LOL WHEH!!!
Here's Hunter
Noah trying to lure her into the "dark side"....aka she has played Star Wars video games, and light saber fights as well with him.
As I said before....her hair is beautiful. It is down past her waste, with beautiful curls on the end. And she is so tender headed, and won't let me touch her head for nothing! Washing her hair this morning was quite the challenge.
Her name is Amberleigh, but she said she goes by Amber
I better go.....I am hearing lots of loud banging!

You'll always be my baby....

It is now officially September 2, the day I gave birth to my youngest daughter. I did not know she was a girl until she arrived, and I had been sure all along she was a boy. My pregnancy with her was just like the one with Noah's, and Leah's had been very different, so I was so certain she was a boy. It didn't matter to me one bit the minute she arrived. I was so happy to have my other little girl.

I can't believe she is 5. She is such a big girl. These last 2 weeks have been full of a LOT of changes in her life, and she has handled it all with such grace. She does want me close by more now, but I don't mind that at all. In 2 weeks, she went from being the youngest, and at home with me, to starting kindergarten and having 3 younger siblings. WOW....I know that is a lot for her. She was so excited though today that Baby Z would be part of her special celebration day. When we got the call for the new kids, things got crazy, but she didn't mind. And, at 10:00 pm she remembered that we hadn't gotten around to icing and eating her cake. I asked her if it would be o.k. to wait so that her new sister could share in the cake festivities, and she got so excited! I pray that today will be a smooth day, and she can enjoy her 5th b-day. I think I may be calling Dominos to deliver! LOL

Happy Birthday to my beautiful brown eyed, thumb sucking, silly face little girl. No matter how many kids come along to our family that I will love, Rachel, "you will always be my baby". I love you so much, and am so proud of the young lady you are growing into.

I am now a momma of 6 WOW!

It is 12:40 and I now have all 6 of my babies asleep. We didn't get them until about 11:00 pm. Noah and Zachariah were both still up when they arrived. Thankfully Noah fed Hunter a bottle while I got Zachariah settled. I really needed Noah's help. I am so thankful he was more than happy. He is just glowing that now he has 2 "brothers!"

The little girl was conked out when they got here. SHe has BEAUTIFUL long curly pale blond hair. They are both very fair skin, very light hair. The investigator that brought them did have their b-days for me. The boy, Hunter, is 7 months, Amberleigh will be 4 in October. She looked the same size as Rachel lying there, so I will probably have plenty of clothes for her. I am so thankful Becky sent all those clothes to me b/c I was just able to go out to the garage and get what I needed!

I am sleeping on the couch tonight, b/c there is no telling how many times I will be up. I am so worried what Amber might do when she wakes up....with no idea who I am, and where she is! Bless her heart! I don't know what tomorrow will hold for us. It may be awhile before I can even think about sitting down at the computer, but I will post pictures, and fill everyone in asap. Unlike Zachariah, who was put into DHS custody at birth, both of these have been with their parents until today. I have no idea how they will feel about that, and about us tomorrow.

Please, everyone, say a prayer that I will have the strength and patience to care for all my children, and to give them all the attention they need. I am so happy to be able to do this for them, but to be honest, I am absolutely terrified! But, when we got that call today, that the kids had been removed today, on a holiday, and all these people were working on their day off, and the kids had been at DHS office all day long, with them looking for anyone that could take them, how could we say no?

Check out my other blog....

Go to my other blog and see why I should have purchased a double stroller today.

I knew I should have bought the double stroller today....

I am waiting right now to have 2 new children brought to us. It will be a 9 month old boy, and a 3 yr old girl. It is 8:30 pm, and I am not sure when they will be here, but it will be tonight b/c they have nowhere else to go. I will post more as soon as I get a chance tomorrow...haha I have already declaired tomorrow a non school day, just b/c I know I don't have the energy to deal with all that, and carry SIX kids in the car to take them, plus just dealing with 6 doing the whole school routine. I already was thinking about it b/c it is Rachel's b-day, and we have never not been together on someone's b-day, so I guess it will all work out.

They are coming with only the clothes on their back. They have had a long day. We got the call while we were in Jump Zone, and I don't think my house could have been any more unprepaired...haha but my awesome family all kicked in, and it is decent now!

PLEASE PRAY FOR US, but more importantly for these kids as they deal with what all they have been through. I was told that there wasn't any actual physical abuse involved that they know of...or at least that wasn't the reason for removal. I have no idea how long they will be here.

He's getting ready to party too!

I was fretting over what I was going to do with Zachariah while we are out enjoying Rachel's day today. His carseat carrier is SO much heavier than the one we had with the other kids, and can barely lift it, and hate carrying him in it. So, I got him this at Wal-Mart today, so now he is ready to go party too!

Getting ready to party again...

Tomorrow is Rachel's b-day, so today is our day of celebration! Noah has begun making her cake, and we have a day of fun planned. Stay tuned for pictures soon!
He and Clay began making the cake while Leah and I went to wrap presents. Noah was determined to read all the directions on the box, he wouldn't let Clay look at them!
