Hunter & Amber Christmas Eve

I got a few pics of them by the Christmas tree this morning before she went to school since I didn't get any pics of them at the capitol. I am going to try to get me one of all 6 in front of the tree this evening.

Even though he isn't looking in the one below, I love this expression of Hunter's. He has gotten so big since he came. I was looking at a photo of them 2 in their room that I took their second week, and he looks so different!

And, Hunter's newest thing is clapping....he is so proud of his new trick and will do it all the time now...it is so cute!

Baking her Christmas Presents (Wordless Wednesday)

Election lapbook

This one was so much fun. The kids really enjoyed learning about the election, and then watching it on t.v. that night, and actually know what was going on!

Art/landscapes

We are still enjoying our Art Curriculum. Our latest lesson is on landscapes. We looked at several online, and then they picked a photo that they wanted to look at. Noah ended up combining 3 different photos into one. He always has to throw in his own twist!

Leah did an abstract landscape

Leah's math

We took a break from Math a bit, but now we are back on track, and Leah finished her first Math book, and now we have moved along to the next one.

Noah's Pirate Lapbook

He drew a treasure map and pics of pirates

We did a treasure hunt

Leah's Hummingbird Lapbook

She was so proud to do this lapbook and then take it to show her Grammy!
