If you don't have boys, you may not can relate to this post, as I hope you husband has better aim by now......
I just finished cleaning my kids bathroom...the one that REEKED even after I scrubbed it yesterday. I had the bleach today...probably ruined my favorite shirt....but as I was mopping, I happened to notice the baseboard.......that is suppose to be white....was yellow. Gross, YUCK YUCK.....I just thought I would share.....I had never thought to look there....but yes, Noah has horrible aim, which I knew......and I think I have discovered the culprit of the smell. So, if you have boys, and you keep cleaning the bathroom, and it never seems to smell clean....here is a new place to scrub! Sorry if you are grossed out now!
Now you can look below to see all our lovely Christmas trees! LOL
Oh my I KNOW!!!I found something that rmoves it very well-some knock off stuff from Freds...LOL
ReplyDeleteI hate to tell you this BUT if you had to clean the baseboards then you will need to wipe down the walls attatched to them too! YUCK is RIGHT!
ReplyDeletethanks for the tip, b/c i too, have this problem. so tell me, you just clean with straight bleach? my tile is an olive green on the walls, no baseboard. help!
ReplyDeleteI think as long as you have tile, bleach would work fine. I would dilute it with water some first, you you might die from the bleach smell! I also use a lot of those chlorox wipes.
ReplyDeleteMaybe K.T. will tell us the name of the stuff she uses at Fred's.
thanks maury, i feel like this is an ask heloise (sp?) question session! haha
ReplyDeleteThe stuff at Freds is called Scrub Free with Oxy foaming action-I LOVE IT!!!!
