Yes, I realize how nasty that floor looked....I did mop it with Chlorox....and then decided I didn't care, and threw these rugs down that I already had. I can tell you a lot of things I would like to do if I had the money....but this is what we got for free....with things we already had. If you know of any old desks...I would love to have 2 more. I would love to hang up a curtain to block off all of the storage stuff and the garage door....you know.....hanging from the ceiling like a hospital curtain. I am going to get me a chalk or marker board, and I really want me a bulletin board too.
The kids are so excited, they have been playing in there all night! I am excited to have my dining room back! MAYBE now I can keep my table cleaned off so we can actually eat at it! Noah has already moved over half the stuff in there for me. It is 8:45, and he has now gone and put on some of the uniform clothes we had bought when we thought we were starting school, with his shoes, belt and shirt tucked, in.....with his backpack on....ready for school! He keeps telling me to come on...I guess I better get off of here!

I would paint the floor something bright and fun, but that wouldn't look to silly if you changed your mind. Also they have paint that you can write on with chalk (like a paint on the wall chalk board).
