Noah had a hat too...but of course, when the day got here to wear it, we couldn't find it, so he just put on his Ninja Turtle hat. Rachel also has a St Pat's day shirt, but we couldn't find that either! We had a lesson on St. Pat's day, and the legend of the leprechauns and the pot of gold at then end of a rainbow, and a few other fun things.
super fun and super neat ideas!! i try to print stuff off and have the kids have projects to do at home. kind of breaks up the monotany (sp?)
ReplyDeleteI love it. we colored a st. patty's day page too in our workbook -but no lesson. great ideas. so looking at these pictures I have another homeschool question, how old is your youngest? what do you do with them if they aren't school age and won't sit or want your attention? I've been able to do stuff with gage because noah takes a nap but he isn't taking 2 naps anymore and it's hard...and we want more kids so there will be little ones for a while that need things....how does that work?
ReplyDeleteI ran around like a chicken with my head cut off last week looking for something inexpensive but festive and I found tattoos,so we all have tattoos on our faces(still, because they wont come off...LOL)I love the stovepipe hats!!!
