Haircuts!

I am not a hair person. I guess if I had lots of time and money to get it done reguarly, I might like to. I love to get my hair cut and highlighted, but when it comes time to come up with the money, and arrange someone to keep the kids, I decide there are more important things, and I continue to have my frumpy doo. I never take the time with the girl's hair either. I may help them fix it in pony tails or such on occasion, but usually they just barely comb it themselves. It has been past time for them to get a haircut, but I let their dad influence me, saying he likes their hair long. Yes, it would be pretty long, if we would use conditioner, blowdry it, and actually comb it everyday! Leah's is super thick, and Rachel's is pretty thin, and both were getting quit a stringy look to them.

I took these pictures a couple of weeks back, and the 100 degree heat didn't help matters, but I could tell they were in need of a change.

Leah actually looks good with long hair I think, but she will not brush it at all, and that makes me crazy. It isn't worth the fight, and she doesn't like it long.

I love hair their hair turned out! Plus, this is with the fresh wash and blowdry, and I know it will never look this great again without being professionally done, so I wanted to get pictures of them.

Leah is going through a stage when she doesn't like to smile much, but she is still beautiful to me.
