The sad thing about it is that peoople will pay them to do that I bet! I know some people that don't have kids and their dogs are treated better than MY kids! LOL
Why is it pitiful? You can get people to come out and change your oil, wash your windows, rake leaves, clean gutters, etc. Why not get a scooper to do what you don't have time to do?
Many independent scoopers make six figures a year. We don't mind the laughter! :-)
