Help! Stain remover
I need help please. I can't seem to get any stains out of my clothes these days. I know it is partly b/c of the cheap detergent I have been using, but I know that I also need to add some sort of stain remover. My youngest daughter is super messy, and everything she wears to school is ruined. So, what brand of detergent do you use that works good with stains, and then what else do you do to get them out!?!?! THANK YOU!

I use Zout stain remover. I know you can get it at Target or Wal-mart. I think it works great.
ReplyDeleteThe powdered Tide with Bleach has really worked out for me along with spraying the stain with that Dreft spray (remember when the kiddos were babies?!) I spray the stain, rub it in and let it sit for a minute or two before I put it in the wash. Don't let the stained clothes sit there in the laundry room for over a day or they may not come out at all. I was always a fan of liquid detergent, but it just seems that the powdered does better for me.
ReplyDeleteI use All free and clear because my youngest has eczema. On stains I use Shout or put some detergent directly on the stain. I usually don't scrub my stains and they come out. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI dont know but I am definitely watching this post.I know how to get funky smells out of clothes(vinegar) but that is about it.
ReplyDeletewe use oxyclean to soak the tough baby stains and then shout for the others. On detergent, we use All Free and Clear for everything since I have sensitive skin issues in the family.
