Let me backtrack just a little bit. We went through Natchez on the way down there, and drove around a bit to look at all the old homes there. It was a very neat town. I think there were about 10 old plantation homes there that you could tour. We didn't do any, but I think you could make a whole trip just to Natchez.

ReplyDeleteYour pictures are amazing - as usual. What a great place, and I think you are right, you could spend a whole vacation there. I love the old plantation homes. I remember going to alot of them and touring them when I was little - we lived in Mississippi then. I remember going through Natchez when I was little and also driving along the Natchez trace. Cool history for your kids!
